【Ammonia DDC technology】

Technical features: 

1、To install a layer of liquid holding plate (also known as the tray) through the flue gas inlet and between the concentrated spray, and it will form a certain height of the solution during the operation process in the tray. The reservoir layer not only increases the gas-liquid two-phase contact area, strengthens the mass transfer effect, improves the dust collection efficiency, and can also improve the desulfurization efficiency;

2、To form a closed loop through the desulfurization tower for functional partition, and during the process of running, each region are independent of each other. The absorption zone controls the absorption cycle to maintain a high pH value, which is beneficial to the absorption of SO2 to ensure the absorption of SO2 in the flue gas;

3、Scientific design tower structure shall optimize the tower gas flow field and optimize the nozzle layout, thus to improve the absorption effect;

4、According to the PH value of the absorption liquid and the desulfurization tower in the import and export of flue gas SO2 content, it can double interlock regulation and can adjust the volume of ammonia;

5、To control desulfurization tower absorption section temperature and prevent the decomposition of ammonium sulfite;

6、To make use of efficient demister and the addition of ammonium salt capture device to reduce the net fume droplets and droplets of ammonium salt concentration;7、To make use of multi-level combination of high-efficient defogging technology to achieve net smoke droplets≤20mg/Nm3,total dust≤5mg/Nm3 ultra-low emissions.

【Wet desulphurization— limestone /gypsum flue gas desulfurization】 

Technical Features:

1、The limestone/gypsum flue gas desulfurization technology is mature, easy to operate, management maturity; 

2、The equipment has some advantages on desulfurization efficiency is as high as 95% above, the applicability of coal is strong and it can use any kind of sulfur coal, which is the most effective way of desulfurization; 

3、Absorbent: limestone/lime with wide sources and low price; 

4、Calcium more than sulfur(Ca/S)≤1.03, highest desulfurizer utilization, lest rate of consumption; 

5、Product for gypsum (dihydrate calcium sulphate). Gypsum quality: 90% purity, it can be used as materials for building, also easy to processing and comprehensive utilization; 

6、Water consumption is associated with parameters such as flue gas processing and flue gas temperature, less waste water discharge which processing can be reused; 

7、Large mature technology, and strong applicability of unit, it can satisfy all kinds of big and small capacity;

8、The system runs stably, favorable of variable load operation characteristics.

【Circulating fluidized bed semi-dry flue gas desulfurization】

Technical Features: 

1、Enough reaction betweenFlue gasand desulfurizer in desulfurization tower,stay a long timeto improve the utilization ofsulfurizer cycle; 

2、No rotating parts and wearing parts indesulfurization tower, the whole device is maintenance free; 

3、Desulfurization agent and desulfurization slag are dry, and there is no the phenomenon of binder, blocking and corrosion;

4、When burning coal change, only increasing the desulfurizer can meet the desulfurization efficiencywithout adding any equipment; 

5、In the guarantee of high SO2 removal rate, after desulfurization flue gas dew point is low, equipment and flue need not anticorrosion measures;

6、The desulfurization system adapt the wide change scope of boiler load, which can reach of boiler loadbetween30% ~ 110%; 

7、Simple of Desulfurization system and covering small space;

8、Low energy consumption, no waste water discharge in desulfurization system.  

【H2S removal by wet-type HPF and PDS】

Technical Features:  

1、Coal gas desulfurization and decyanation process which takes ammonia or sodium carbonate as alkali source and takes HPF or PDS as catalyst, with high efficiency of desulfurization and decyanation(efficiency of desulfurization is 99% and efficiency of decyanation is 80%); 

2、Fewer catalyst and economical operating costs; 

3、Having the advantages of short process and saving one-time investment compared with absorption desorption method; 

4、Waste solution of desulfurization can be used for coal blending or salt refinement. The process is simple and salt refinement will not pollute the surrounding environment with recycling the resource; 

5、Using jet-style regenerator to achieve self inspiration of air. Desulfurization solution premix and regenerate. Air will be compressed and saved with less off-gas discharged during the regeneration. The amount of nitrogen in the off-gas is far below relevant standards of the nation. 

【One-tower Process of Desulfurization Regeneration】

Technical features:

1、To make use of jet regeneration regenerator and self-priming air regeneration. And the renewable lean liquid to the absorption section does not need liquid pump, and the equipment investment is less;

2、The desulfurization regeneration integration and the equipment integration is high;

3、Compared with the tower regeneration and low regeneration tank, the process equipment investment and covering are be saved.
