Application of DDC Technology for Sulfur Dioxide Desulphurization in Changchun Dacheng 2 × 130t/h Boiler

The whole project is divided into two phases, and the desulphurization public part of the five boilers (four in operation and one for preparation) is designed and constructed this time. In the first phase we firstly established the 2×130t/h boiler flue gas desulfurization system, process water system, absorbent supply System, post-processing system. In the two-stage we designed according to full load 2 ×130t/h boiler flue gas. Design objectives: two furnaces a tower, taking use of the tower saturated crystallization process., sharing a set of public system and ammonium sulfate post-processing system. The project took advantage of the ammonia desulfurization DDC ultra-low emission technology by Jiangsu Cohen Environmental Protection Ceramics Industry, realizing integration of desulfurization and dust removal purification. The outlet sulfur dioxide is less than 35mg and the dust is less than 5mg.
